How much does the shipping cost?

All orders over 20 EUR within Germany are shipped free of charge. For all other countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

How can I pay?

We offer a variety of payment options for your Vitayes orders: You can pay by credit card, PayPal or Amazon Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

Please contact our support team at support@vitayes.de. Include your order ID and let us know about any changes you would like to make to your order.

My package arrived damaged. What do I do now?

If you inform us about the situation by email/phone, our teams will assist you.

How does the return process work?

Please send your return request to us via email. We will do our best to process your request. Should a return be necessary, our support team will provide you with a return code to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds will be made to your chosen payment method.
