How much does the shipping cost?

We send our packages with DHL (2-3 working days). Shipping within Germany is free. In addition, we charge a flat rate of EUR 13 for delivery within Austria and a flat rate of EUR 19 per order within Switzerland. Additional shipping costs abroad depend on the country; you can see this during the ordering process.

How can I pay my order?

We offer various payment methods. The most popular include Amazon Pay, Paypal and SOFORT Banking. Payment via Klarna, credit card, etc. is also possible. Can I change or cancel my order later?

Please send us a short message and we will check whether a change is still possible. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately no changes are possible.

My package arrived damaged. What do I do now?

Please inform us by email and we will be happy to send you a replacement or refund your purchase price.

How do you handle returns?

Inform us by email about your return request and we will decide on a case-by-case basis whether you need to return the product to us and, if necessary, send you a return label.

How are refunds paid out?

Refunds will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Which countries do you ship to?

In addition to Germany, we also ship to Austria and Switzerland.
